Trash Trooper
BMP Solutions for Flood Ponds
The TrashTrooper™ is specified for collecting and containing a wide variety floatable pollution. Course pollution such as cans, paper, and other floating debris up to 1-1/2” in size are captured preventing them collecting in municipal MS4s, rivers, drainage swales, lakes, bayous, estuaries and coastal waters.
Designed to be Practical
The TrashTrooper™ was developed with economy and performance in mind. Where flood controls are already required (and where approved), let TrashTrooper™ become the water quality BMP eliminating the need for additional ponds and interceptors.
Easy to Install with Park
Park has unequaled customer service when it comes to estimating, quotations, value engineering and professional submittals. Park’s fleet of crane trucks and field consultants enable quick, problem-free delivery and placement of TrashTrooper™ at your job site.
Predictable and Easy to Maintain
No need to dispose of thousands of gallons of stormwater with expensive pump trucks. Check TrashTrooper™ during dry conditions after a major storm event. Users may opt for self cleaning (following OSHA guidelines) or call a pump vactor truck on large collections. Typically, debris can be disposed as solid waste. The TrashTrooper™ does not depend on standing water to operate eliminating problems with mosquitoes.
The final BMP solution for detention ponds
The flowline of a TrashTrooper™ is typically the outfall of a flood water detention pond.
